“Today’s visit of Zelenskyi to Bucha could not take place without agreement with the Russian side.
I would be very surprised if all the residences of the Ukrainian president are not monitored around the clock using all possible technical and not only technical means.
The distance from the Kiev center to Bucha is about 60 kilometers. The impressive motorcade would be an ideal target for a surgical missile strike.
